I offer small (3 to 6 participants)  and private vinyasa style yoga classes in my studio in Potomac Falls, VA. I am trained, and still currently training through YogaFit and enjoy offering this aspect of mind-body fitness and wellness to my clients.

Private sessions:

• $80/hour or $46/half-hour

Yoga Classes:

• 10, 1 hour sessions for $150
